The enterprise covers
an area of 65,000m2 with an employment of 1,000 workers and
staffs,about total assets and operating capital more than 100,000,000 RMB.
It owns casting lines with the annual capacity of 10,000t of nodular casting
from QT400 to QT900, and 6 crankshaft manufacturing lines mainly producing
EQ140, EQ140B, CA141, 6105, 6110, 6120, 6130, STORE, 4102, 4105 automotive
engine crankshafts, ect., and the series "75", "85"
for agro-auto application. The series crankshafts capacity is over 200,000
pieces one year. Our products are applied by over 20 automobile works,
Include No.1 Automobile Group, Dongfeng Automobile Group, Nanjiang Automobile
works, Hangzhou Engine works and Changzhou Diesel-Engine works,etc. and
distributed over China as spare parts. Moreover, the products have been
exported to USA and Taiwan Region.
The enterprise was
set up as early as in 1964, which is by now equipped with complete manufacturing
and inspecting machines and devices with perfect tech management, quality
control and administration system with high reputation for nodular castings
and crankshafts series among our customers and on the market. The enterprise
is approved as the key enterprise by Zhejiang Province and as an advanced
one by the Ministry. Therefore,it is honoured with AAA-class Credit, the
largest enterprise in Zhejiang Province and one of the 500 largest manufacturers
in transport industry.
The enterprice is
located in state- approved Xiaoshan Economic and Technical Zone with favourable
location and convenient transportation for landway,waterway and airway.
