Zhejiang Ruili Group Co. (Original name is Ruian Heavy Vehicle Fitting Factory) is a joint-stock enterprise, specializedly producing the series of vehicle pneumatic brake valve and appliance, which is the key enterprise of Zhejiang Ruili Group. It is the member of China National Heavy-type Vehicle Group Co., China National Automobile Parts Joint Co., China National Motor Fitting Industry Trade Group Co., and one of best national managed enterprises of Zhejiang Province.

Up to the end of May,1997, it employs more than 300 staffs, 54 technical engineers. It has invested more than US$3,000,000 to improve its technology, to develop a batch of new products with high science and technology, to enlarge its constructure area (15,000 square meters) and develop machinery processing equipment (265 sets), detecting equipment and quality examining methods. Its annuity production capability has been up to US$10,000,000. Depending on introducing advanced technology, the company has developed and produced heavy-type vehicle and passenger vehicle series of air-valve products, which have excellent quality but low price and find favor in customers' eyes all over the country.

The advanced products can match the heavy-type vahicles and the bus's master machine of China First Automotive Group Corp., Dongfeng Automotive Corp., China National Heavy-type Vehicle Group Corp., and Sichuan Automotive Manufacturer, Shanxi Automotive Manufacturer, North Bengchi Corp., Dandong Automotive Manufacturer, Xuzhou Heavy-type Engineering Machinery Plant.
